BLOG-4- The Renaissance

Most art periods have influenced the industry of arts like the Christian and Ancient art. These tow made a great difference in the styles of artists now a days. But, most of them all, the most promising and made a huge influence in art was the Renaissance period, I don't know why but I think it is the revolutionary artists and styles that made this period a breakthrough in the means of art.

The number on the arts that made a difference and shocked the world, and still a mystery was the painting of Leonardo Da Vinci, the Mona Lisa. Many said that this painting was the female version of Da Vinci. Also there were some humors that there were a rich woman that "rented" Da Vinci to paint her but when the painting is still on going, the woman left without the painting getting finished, so that's why Da Vinci still owns the painting.

The second  is the David that was made by Michelangelo. This sculpture is based in the myth "David and Goliath". There are 4 other versions of the David but this is the most popular and considered as most beautiful and meaningful for the crowd.

Every renaissance comes to the world with a cry, the cry of the human spirit to be free.

BLOG-3- Art of The Early Christians

It's really amazing how the early Christians managed to survive in the times that Christianity is forbidden. They used catacombs as their hiding spots and perform their rituals, and worships. In that way their art became famous. When the King Constantine converted into Christian, Christianity became legal and not forbidden, they made their art a name to be considered.

Most of the Christian art is in realistic style because their art depicts human like creatures like angels and saints.Their art is in forms of paintings, sculptures and the ones in the windows on the churches.  The most famous Christian art was made by Leonardo Da Vinci, The Last Supper, which is located in a Church in Milan, Italy. Their art is devotional because they make their art as a respect for the angels and saints that they depict in their art.

Their art makes the devotion of every Christian stronger when they see it, mostly in churches that's why they put their arts in there as well. Most of their art also is architecture that symbolizes something like the one that my classmate showed in their report about christian art.

BLOG-2- Arts i the Classical Period

I am really a fan of art, every form of art, even if it is not really interesting form but, I appreciate it. The most of my favorite is from the classical art because there are Greek gods, and the thing is they are my favorite form of art because I am fascinated by the mystery of how did they did that form of structures in their minds to an almost perfect shape like the form of muscles of the god Zues they were perfect as it is. But the only thing that comes in my mind when I think about this is, How long did it take for them to finish their artworks. I think that it took only a sometime for them to finish, Why? because for me they are the true artists, they made art an art.

Every art in the Classical period has a story behind it, and that's why it is interesting, there's always a mystery behind their art. Every single detail on their arts represents something like their gestures, face emotion and position of theme, are they elevated or what.

There is only one thing that answers that mystery,
CONQUEROR BECAME THE CONQUERED AND THE CONQUERED BECAME THE CONQUEROR...
 (pls. research about that qoutation...)
